Mark Taylor Mark Taylor, Project Coordinator
Mark is a Pensacola Native of 26 years and counts it a blessing & privilege to serve as Project Coordinator for the Pensacola World Changers week and the President of Pensacola World Changers, Inc 501 (C)3 that operates year round! He is very "Mission Motivated" and enjoys seeing people, especially young people, get excited about "sharing the love of God in practical ways"! He is very involved with College and Career age young adults and helped found www.AwakenGeneration.org! He is a full time Real Estate Broker, Mortgage Broker, Residential Contractor, & Roofing Contractor,(www.MarkTaylorProperties.com ,www.PensacolaTreeCare.com , www.PensacolaPalms.com , www.PensacolaDemolition.com , www.MarkTaylorConstruction.net , www.MarkTaylorEnterprises.com). He is actively involved in many Christian organizations, including Christian Business Men's Committee (CBMC); GRACE, A Christian Music Festival (www.GRACEfest.org); Pensacola World Changers, including the new maritime ministry with 70' sailboat (www.SailSelah.org); Awaken Generation (www.AwakenGeneration.org); Hellenic Ministries (www.HMnet.org/gr); Next Step Ministry's "Father and Son Camping Trip"; and most recently China Games Partnership.

Mark has played the Viola for many years and has played with groups such as Escambia County Youth Orchestra, and ensemble "Switched on Baroque", First Baptist Church Pensacola's "Sanctuary Orchestra", as well as a variety of other groups, mainly church affiliated. Mark is an Eagle Scout and enjoys all outdoor activities, including, water sports, SCUBA diving, fishing (both fresh and salt water), and boating, etc.; Avid Hunter of deer, water fowl, wild hogs, etc. Enjoys auto Mechanics and is currently refurbishing a 1981 Jeep CJ-7 as well as a 1978 Jeep CJ-5, and a 1931 Ford Model A Sedan. He Also fills his time camping, backpacking, ATV's (Yamaha Raptor), Dirt Bikes, as well as Street Bikes (Kawasaki ZX-11 and Iron Works Rigid Mount Chopper).

He has been on many Missions trips and Choir/Orchestra Tours and spends 2-3 "mission months" per year in locations all over the States as well as the countries of Greece, England, France, Holland, Germany, Austria, Latvia, Italy, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, China, and many more..
Eric Shaeffer Eric Shaeffer, Associational Coordinator
Eric Shaeffer - Pensacola Bay Baptist Baptist Association. Eric is currently serviing Pensacola as the Associate Director of the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association. Eric served formerly as a staff member at Olive Baptist Church in Pensacola. He is former owner and director of Maranatha Dance and Gymnastics Academy in Pensacola. Eric has a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Eric serves World Changers as the critical link with local churches helping to channel area churches to participate in Pensacola World Changers.

John A. Panyko - 200 South Tarragona Street, Pensacola. FL 32501 (850) 438-7272 and (850) 438-7224 (fax) - John is a board certified tax attorney practicing in Pensacola, Florida. Since 1998, he has practiced tax law with his own firm, John A. Panyko, P.A. He was a shareholder and attorney with Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, P.A. from 1984 to 1998. He graduated from Ohio University in 1979 (B.S. Journalism), received his law degree (Juris Doctor) in 1983 from the University of Toledo and his Masters of Laws degree (LL.M. Taxation) from the University of Florida in 1984. He is the President and sole shareholder of IceBox Productions, Inc., a sports apparel company in Pensacola. John is a former member of the Pensacola City Council (District 4 1997-2001) and served as chairman of the Economic and Community Development Committee and a member of the Finance Committee and Pensacola-Escambia Development Committee. He was the Leadership Pensacola Alumni Of The Year in 1994 and is a past president and board member. He is also past president and board member of the Estate Planning Council of Northwest Florida. John serves as legal counsel to the Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce and is a past board member. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fiesta Of Five Flags, the Pensacola Sports Association and the Executive Committee of the Emerald Coast Classic (Senior PGA event).He is a member of Five Flags Rotary, the Navy League, Command Sponsor Program, the Admirals Circle, World Changers 2002 Pensacola Organization Team and Christ Episcopal Church in Pensacola. While serving Pensacola as City Councilman, John was instrumental in starting Pensacola World Changers.
Kent Williams Kent Williams
Kent was a vital part in seeing Pensacola World Changers begin in 2001 and laid much of the visionary ground work that has made this project what it is today! Kimberly Taghon Kimberley Taghon, Associate Project Coordinator
Kimberley Taghon - Kimberley and her husband, Mark are managers for Prestige Fire Sprinkler, Inc. They are both on staff at Woodbine Baptist Church in Pace, FL. They have two children, Shelbey and Jackson. As a former youth minister, Kimberley has spent her time equipping young people for ministry and missions. She has coordinated youth and church wide mission trips. "My parents, by example, taught me two great lessons, the lifestyle of ministry and the construction trade. World Changers Pensacola gives me opportunity to put these lessons into practice!" Kimberley is past president and current board member of the American Subcontractors Association of Northwest Florida. In her spare time, she plays the drums, does scrapbooking and laundry.
Rick Edwards Rick Edwards, Local/Assistant Construction Coordinator
Rick is the owner of Edwards Roofing and comes to this team having helped coordinate the projects last summer with Pensacola World Changers and the local Agency. Rick is an active Christian involved in the community in many ways. Rick's humble attitude of servanthood is contagious and hopes to lead other area construction business's to help Pensacola World Changer projects in the future.
Helen Gibson Helen Gibson, Agency Coordinator
Helen Gibson - City of Pensacola, Neighborhood Enhancement Team. Helen Gibson serves as the Agency Representative on Pensacola's World Changers Project team. She joined the City of Pensacola's Neighborhood Enhancement Team (NET) staff upon its formation in late 1999. She was involved in the effort to get Pensacola designated as one of the first of Governor Bush's Front Porch communities. Her duties include obtaining and administering the state-funded Urban Infill and Redevelopment Grant and collaborating with residents, neighborhood groups and other City departments on a variety of projects and issues. Prior to transferring to NET, Helen served as Assistant Director of the City of Pensacola's Community Redevelopment Department. Her work experience includes 8 years with the City of Ithaca, New York, as a Community Development and Economic Development Planner.
Randy Wilkerson Randy Wilkerson, Agency Coordinator
Randy Wilkerson - Escambia County
Executive Director of Neighborhood Enterprise Foundation,Inc., a local non-profit housing and community development agency, with responsibility for planning, programmatic and fiscal management of Escambia County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the Escambia/Pensacola/Santa Rosa County HOME Investment Partnerships Program; the Escambia/ Pensacola State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) AffordableHousing Program, the HUD Emergency Shelter Grant Program and additional project activities as deemed of importance to the mission of NEFI. Oversight requires the developmentof Program specific planning documents, grant applications and contracts; maintaining interaction and cooperative working relationships with varied governmental, for-profit, and non-profit organizations involved in housing and community development service delivery; and assuring continuing with Federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Randy has responsibility for general oversight of all programs llike Pensacola World Changers, where all types of CDBG, HUD, and State financed projects and programs. The Corporation contracts with local government, and is totally financed through administrative fees associated with the various programs managed by NEFI.
